Astaura was asked to create a full interior design scheme for new apartment complex, Astra House, Kenton Park, Harrow.
Formerly an office block, the Hong Kong investor wanted to create functional and stylish one-bedroom apartments that fully utilised the limited space.
The Brief
Astaura created technical drawings, a finishes schedule, CGI’s and an animated showreel to be used for marketing the apartments.
As part of the full interior design service, Astaura also created a full furniture, finishes and fixtures package. This included working with our UK manufacturers to create bespoke apartment furniture packages and kitchenettes for each apartment.
The Result
Astaura delivered Astra House on time and on budget, working with a team of contractors to manage the full finishes, fixtures and equipment for 32 one-bedroom apartments including bespoke, UK manufactured kitchens, living room and bedroom furniture.
Astaura also created bespoke wall coverings in communal spaces for increased durablity and to reduce ongoing maintenace costs.
